4th December, 2009 Dear Sirs, We thank you very much for the kindness and helpfulness the staff at the hotel welcomed us with. It helped make our stay in Lisbon, and at the Hotel Real Palácio, a really unparalleled experience! We hope to return to Portugal soon and to stay with you again. The variety at breakfast, the friendliness and kindness of staff and the details (for example a visit from the chambermaid with chocolate, confirmed reservations at restaurants with menus in the room...) charmed us completely.
